'India-West' Story Series Wins NAM Award

India-West newspaper has won another journalism award from New America Media, it was announced Nov. 2. Reporter Viji Sundaram, formerly of India-West, took the runner-up prize in the investigative journalism category for her series of stories on women and AIDS in India that ran in the paper.
