On Friday, April 9, residents of the Bayview neighborhood in San Francisco gathered for a vigil in memory of Huan Chen, an elderly Chinese-American man who died months after a random attack by youths. It was one in a series of violent incidents that have raised concern and prompted the vigil. YO! Youth Outlook videographer Min Lee covered the event and has this report.
