LOS ANGELES - More than 200 undocumented immigrants were locked up after being paraded through the streets of Phoenix, Ariz. According to La Opinion, Sheriff Joe Arpaio invited media to go cover the immigrants' walk to a different building in "Tent City" prison, where detainees are kept in tents similar to those used at army bases and the area is surrounded by an electric fence.
