DREAMers Call on Kris Kobach to Resign

Posted: Nov 20, 2012

Undocumented young people from across the county are marching today in Topeka, Kansas, asking for the resignation of Kris Kobach, Kansas’ Secretary of State and former immigration advisor to Mitt Romney. DREAMers are rallying in front of Kobach's office, calling on him to drop his lawsuit against the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and to resign from his Secretary of State position. Kobach is the author of Arizona's immigration law SB 1070 and helped draft similar laws across the country.
