Earthquake Rocks China

HONG KONG -- An earthquake hit Yunnan Province in southwest China with a magnitude of five on Thursday. The Ming Pao Daily reports that nine aftershocks followed the earthquake. The government has relocated over 1,200 people out of the epicenter, Yingjing County. Over 1,700 households and more than 8,500 people have been affected by the earthquake. There has been no information of anyone being killed or injured by the earthquake thus far. The Yingjing County is located on the border of China and Burma.
