Labor Secretary's Father Recognized

NEW YORK Dr. James Chao, father of Labor Secretary Elaine Chao received the "International Leadership Foundation (ILF) Lifetime Achievement Award" Saturday. The China Press reports that ILF, an organization promoting Asian Americans to take leadership roles in regional and international affairs, recognized James Chao's work in educating the younger generation.
