Chinese Realtors Market to U.S. Customers

World Journal, news, Posted: Apr 21, 2009

LOS ANGELES The Chinese real estate market has come out of the downturn and is on the rise again. A new real estate policy in Beijing now permits foreigners to buy houses there, and Shanghai is experiencing the same growth, the World Journal reports. A Chinese delegation made up of several real estate companies recently came to the Los Angeles and New York markets to sell their high-end houses and apartment homes. Jingyi He, sales manager from a company with the delegation, said their promotional events have not started but customers, most of whom are Chinese Americans, have called in and ordered 13 houses of the 50 that they planned to sell in the states.
