MALAYSIAMalaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Razaks special officer and long-time friend, Nasir Safar, was forced to resign after making racist remarks about the Chinese and Indians in Malaysia. According to Yazhou Zhoukan, Nasir was invited to speak at a seminar Rapat 1 Malaysia, which emphasized unifying Malaysia, but in his speech he described the Chinese and Indians as immigrants and said Chinese women came to sell their bodies and Indians came to beg.
