Columnist Claims Many Latinos Can't Participate in the Election

ATLANTA, GA -- In his opinion piece for Atlanta Latino columnist Jos Lpez Zamorano regrets how the Latino community in the United States has been registering voters in larger numbers than ever, but the national institutions haven't responded. Zamorano many Latino voters applied long ago to for citizenship in order to vote in the November election but delays at the Citizenship and Immigration Services are keeping them from doing so.
