Jobs Outlook for Hispanics Promising, Analyst Says

The jobs outlook for the second quarter of 2012 is looking up and that's good news for Hispanics, according to Jorge Perez, vice president of Manpower North America. Based on the latest Manpower Employment Outlook Survey released today, Perez said the job market for Hispanics looks "promising, as long as we keep pushing."

According to the survey, the net employment outlook was plus 10 percent, the first double-digit since the fourth quarter of 2008. Nine in 10 U.S. employers surveyed said they planned to increase or make no changes to their hiring in the second quarter.
