Couple Tasered at Family Gathering

MANASSAS, MD.- El Tiempo Latino reports that a U.S. citizen and his wife from Guatemala were Tasered after police entered the house where they were having a family celebration. Both Edgar Rodriguez and Leiticia Elias were arrested and released after their consulate intervened and the publication of images taped by family members at the time they were arrested. They will have to appear before a judge by the end of the month and are both facing different charges.
