Walking for the 'DREAM': Undocumented Cal Students March to DC

Posted: Mar 10, 2012

Editor's Note: On March 10, four UC Berkeley students plan to walk across the country – from the Golden Gate Bridge to the nation’s capital -- to draw attention to the plight of more than 2 million youth who would benefit from federal [DREAM Act] legislation that provides a path to citizenship for undocumented students, many of whom grew up in the United States. NAM contributor and photographer Mónica Quesada Cordero interviews the four “Dreamers” and produced this audio slideshow ahead of their 3000-mile march.
