Sing Tao Daily, Posted: Feb 18, 2009

SAN FRANCISCO -- The San Francisco Health Commission last week approved guidelines that list the order in which services will be discontinued as a result of budget cuts, the Sing Tao Daily reports. Services for the homeless and people whose first language is not English will be prioritized and less likely to be cut. The commission also stated that homeless people and non-English speakers will have priority when receiving public health services.
