El Sentinel, news, Posted: Jan 09, 2009

Colombian Congressman Santiago Castro Gmez recently opened an office in Orlando, Florida, which will serve the growing constituency of Colombians living in central south Florida, numbering now close to 100,000, according to El Sentinel. The office will help constituents to learn English and prepare for citizenship tests and serve as a campaign office for Castro Gomez, who is running for Colombia's Senate.
