Asia Society Collects Immigrant Stories

NEW YORK The Asia Societys Center on U.S.-China Relations will solicit perspectives on immigration reform and the personal stories of legal and illegal immigrants in the Chinese community. The World Journal reports that the center will pass the information they received to the White House and Congress. Recently, the Center sent to Pres. Obama petitions supporting legalization for undocumented Chinese immigrants with 13,518 signatures it had collected.
