Editor's Note: Nationwide marches were held on August 12th to defend the people of Lebanon and Palestine. 30,000 gathered in Washington, 10,000 in San Francisco, 5,000 in Los Angeles, 600 in Seattle and 300 in Florida a total of more than 45,000 people hit the streets to speak out against the U.S./Israeli war on Lebanon and Palestine.
